As ISG AIRPORT HOTEL, in line with the protocol established between the Ministry of National Education (MEB) and the Ministry of Culture and
Tourism, our hotel will participate in a periodic program that includes practices aimed at enhancing the professional experience of our employees, offering support provided by the government to employers.

Project Objective: To facilitate the training of qualified human resources to meet the needs of the tourism sector and contribute to enhancing the competencies of employees within the field.

Scope: Providing on-the-job and in-service training for managers and employees in the sector.

Every individual has necessities related to travel, accommodation, food and beverage, and entertainment in the field of tourism. It is crucial to develop and implement appropriate, barrier-free approaches in meeting these needs. In this context, our hotel has provided all our employees with training on the “ACCESSIBLE APPROACH STANDARD” prepared by the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs departments, delivered by experts in the field.
