• We are committed to adhering to human rights in our relationships with employees, guests, suppliers, the local community, and all our business partners. We are conscious of our responsibility to act in line with human rights, protect them, and encourage sensitivity to these rights among others.
• Everyone employed at ISG Airport Hotel enjoys all legally recognized rights and freedoms equally. No discrimination or harassment is tolerated based on factors such as gender, language, race, religion, belief, sect, philosophical and political views, ethnic origin, wealth, birth, marital status, health condition, disability, or age.
• All employees undergo an orientation training program where the facility, rules, opportunities, and expectations are explained. To encourage employee participation, a suggestion request form has been created, allowing all employees to submit their suggestions and requests in writing to the top management for the system’s improvement.

• Meetings are held as needed to ensure the continuous review of employee needs by top management. Ensuring the safety of our employees, guests, and suppliers forms the main objective of our occupational health and safety efforts.
